How to fit sunscreen into your daily routine

A simple routine needs a clear place for sun protection. Use sunscreen as the last skincare step in the morning, and plan for reapplication when you are outdoors.

Know what the label tells you

Broad-spectrum sunscreen provides UVA and UVB protection. SPF and PA describe different aspects of labelled protection; they are not a timer for how many hours you can stay outside. Follow the directions of the sunscreen you use.

The Seoul Root morning order

Bright Start cleanses. Stay Soft moisturizes. Sun Kissed is the final skincare step. Apply Sun Kissed generously to your face and neck 15 minutes before sun exposure. A quick dot for a video is not an application guide.

Plan to reapply

Reapply Sun Kissed every 2 hours and after sweating, swimming or towel drying. A morning application is not an all-day promise. On days with outdoor classes, sports or a commute, keep your reapplication plan practical.

Protection is more than a product

Use shade and protective clothing alongside sunscreen. Follow product directions even when the day is cloudy. A face mist does not replace sunscreen and does not top up SPF protection.

Choosing a texture you will use

Sun Kissed is a lightweight gel sunscreen with SPF50+ PA++++ protection, designed for everyday comfort without a white cast. Explore the texture, full ingredients and directions on its product page.
