Shipping Charges
Shipping within India is ₹99 for cart values below ₹999 and free for cart values of ₹999 or more. Final shipping eligibility and charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via email once shipped.
We currently ship across India. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.
Order help, cancellations and returns
Email seoulrootskin@gmail.com with your order number and the issue. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for unopened products.
If your order is damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs of the product and packaging. Please retain the packaging while we review the issue. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If a return is required for an approved delivery or product issue, Seoul Root arranges and pays for return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back.
To request a cancellation or address correction, email us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the request can be completed before dispatch.
